If you encounter a sizing issue, such as ordering a size that doesn’t fit as expected, we are happy to offer an exchange.Simply reach out to us on info@labelsaorsa.com and we’ll guide you through exchanging your item for the correct size.
However, please note that we do not offer refund unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defect, in this case please make sure that the garment is unworn and still fitted with all security tags & labels. Refunds will be made in terms or store credit that can be redeemable for a year.
